Are you an experienced Customer Support Executive with great phone-based customer support experience? This well established and highly regarded IT Software Platform based near St Albans have a truly amazing opportunity with the chance to become a real core part of the organisation

The position is part home-based and therefore the successful applicant should live within commuting distance of St Albans, Hatfield or Hertford (Hertfordshire). The role is working 3 days of which 1-2 days a week will be at home

Working within a vibrant customer support division of the well-regarded software platform, you will be working across established key accounts to provide excellent phone-based Customer support experience

Tasks include:

  • · Respond to queries from their established clients

    · Work with the Marketing Division to provide regular communication to key clients about updates

    · Help with onboarding new clients

    · Gain customer feedback

The successful Customer Support Executive will have an excellent telephone manner, great customer support experience and ideally (but not essentially) previous experience using Zendesk
